A huge calculator for 8-bit numbers. Adds and subtracts numbers from 0 to 255. The blue switches are number A, the orange ones number B, highest bit on the left. The purple switch turns on subtraction. The answer lights up as three big digits, with a minus sign on a red display to the left. Inside: 8 full adders, a complement unit for negative numbers and a decoder made of 511 AND gates. The yellow screen at the top right shows the sum being worked out. It is set to 200 + 57 right now.
